Ask foreign athletes participating in the Olympics to be inspected at least 5 times

It was found that the government is considering requesting foreign athletes participating in the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics to be inspected at least five times in response to COVID-19.

As the government proceeded with discussions on immigration control, regarding foreign athletes.
1. Within 72 hours before departure
2. When entering Japan
3. When arriving at the campsite
4. When arriving at the Olympic Village
5. Before the competition
It turned out that we are considering the above at least 5 times in the direction of requesting inspection.
Inspections are required to be carried out regularly according to the length of stay, and Japanese athletes are also required to undergo at least three inspections when they arrive at the Olympic Village and before the competition.
Participants who may come into contact with the players are also expected to be targeted.
