Kiyohide Shinjo sensei, the third generation inheritor of “Uechi-ryu Karate-do Kenyu-kai Honbu Dojo”, is a 9th dan instructor.
One of the characteristics of Uechi-Ryu Karate-Do is to train all the parts of the body that can be trained to the limit. All of the seemingly harsh training is done on a daily basis to cultivate a strong spirit, and even the tips of the fingers and toes become weapons. And don’t miss the hard and soft “Dragon, Tiger, Crane” movements seen in the auxiliary exercises and the decomposition of the Seisan!
